Introduction
NoctaraAI ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the NoctaraAI mobile application ("App") on iOS.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
- App activity stored on your device. Print designs, saved exports, lookbook preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device.
- Device identifier. A randomly generated device ID may be stored in the iOS Keychain to support app functionality and service integration.
- Push notification token. If you allow notifications, Apple may provide a device token so the App can receive push messages.
- Photo library / camera access. Only when you choose to pick, capture, or save an image for a print design, the App requests access.
- Usage and attribution data. With your permission, we may use analytics and attribution tools (such as AppsFlyer) to measure app performance and marketing effectiveness.
- Network content. The App may load lookbook images and related content from the internet. Your IP address may be processed by those services when content is requested.
- Embedded web content. Certain in-app screens may display web pages inside a WebView. Those pages may set cookies or use similar technologies according to their own policies.
- In-app purchases. If you make a purchase through Apple In-App Purchase, Apple processes payment and provides us with transaction identifiers needed to deliver digital goods. We do not receive your full payment card details.
How We Use Information
- Provide core App features such as lookbook browsing, print design, exports, and settings
- Save your preferences and local creations
- Deliver push notifications you have authorized
- Improve stability, performance, and user experience
- Measure marketing and attribution where permitted by you and applicable law
- Process in-app purchases when you choose to use those features
App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On supported iOS versions, the App may request permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for attribution and analytics (for example, through AppsFlyer). You can allow or deny this request. If you deny tracking, the App continues to work; attribution data may be limited or unavailable.
You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate the App (for example, Apple push notification services and In-App Purchase, analytics and attribution partners such as AppsFlyer, and content delivery networks) only as needed to provide App functionality.
Data Retention
Most App data is stored locally on your device and remains there until you delete the App or clear related data in Console / Settings.
Your Choices
- Manage notification permissions in iOS Settings.
- Manage photo library and camera permissions in iOS Settings.
- Manage App Tracking Transparency preferences on supported iOS versions.
- Change language and other preferences in Console.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
